One theme many versions

Experiences play such an important role in any Artistic practice. And as a child grows, his/her perception changes to include more details. 

Through Ilhan's eyes, we see how much he enjoys being part of weddings and illustrate moments he remembers. Some pieces are of different weddings while others are timelined of one wedding. 

His has developed his own drawing approach which is "bottom-up" resulting is a very beautiful layered effect. These pieces were done during choice time which mean zero intervention on how the drawing should be, the pieces at the top were recent while the lower pieces were from earlier years. During this activity, which last 10-30mins each session, my role is a conversation buddy, to reply when he initiates a or many conversation(s).
