The painting on the right was done by LWZ, aged 7 in 2005. It was my first attempt introducing art masters to students. The painting was done with Poster Colour. The second and third piece was done by FW, aged 18. It was a redition of Henri Matisse Collouire Series and Vincent Van Gogh Farm People Series
The final piece was done by JL, aged 10. The painting was inspired by Claude Monet Waterlilies.
What was great about this exercise was that each student learnt about an art master. either the technique, the composition or colours and in turn transform the piece to something different.
It is true what they say " we learn from our experiences and mistakes."
