[Animals] Monkey. lines: short soft and broad lines

well done!
both reference the sample which i have always feel is important. it builds observation skills that can be easily imported when drawing life objects / subjects.

Duration: 1.5hrs

Scale: A4

Step 1: Draw the head of the monkey, followed by the back, bottom and limps
Step 2: Draw the outline of a tree.
Step 3: add lines to the monkey and tree. This is the interactive bit of getting students involved in which type of lines to add when. It is helpful to have photographs they can observe from rather than drawing. The latter may end up being a copying exercise which defeats the learning.
Step 4: Optional (Add colours)
