A nest of little birds.

The project emphasises on teamwork that each piece plays a role as it adds to the overall Art. Just as how each student and teacher contributes and become part of the school.

The project also showcase different steps taken to create the the final outcome need not be a drawing or painting. These approaches ranges from cutting out the shape of a bird from a piece of foam and drawing on both sides of the pieces. Words or font is the main component for it adds a strong visual element to the art. Each coloured alphabet accompanied with shapes can create interesting patterns. We have chosen to use each student's name for it is significant to the individual. Students were free to choose colours and design of text.

For the nest, it was done with shredded magazine and than paper marche. This portion provided a ew experience to the students as they feel the different texture of shredded paper when it is in bits and when it is soaked in water / glue. The final steps was piecing all the components together and finding a resting spot for each little creation.
