The last time I wrote was at the tail end of 2013, so it is almost a full year.
In September, I got legally bounded to my partner of 19 years. Yes! you read right, nineteen. It was a mid-afternoon event, blessed with clear weather. We had our solemnisation on the beach followed by a tea reception of canapes, cake, traditional kuehs and Ice Cream. We were surrounded by love ones and many we have got to know and treasure over the years.
The projects created were a huge hit among the student-artists involved. Through one of the workshops, they have showed me the power of peer-learning hence this aspect is high, high on lessons agendas when we can incorporate
I am looking forward to next year with more exciting projects to work on. What's more, I will be into my last hurdle for the master programme.
While it is another year to soldier on, it is a year full of promise.
